Emergency Maintenance
The Association Office phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies.
When to Call the Association Office (952.935.9565)
Please call the association office about the following Emergency Maintenance items:
- your floor is wet, water is running across your floor or water is dripping from the ceiling/walls/elsewhere
- you have no heat (in the winter)
- you have no water
- you have no hot water
- you have no electricity and the breaker switches in your unit check out OK
Capital Improvement The Meadow Creek Association Board is currently considering possible future capital improvements. Member discussion meetings were held in January and February, 2003, April, 2004 and October, 2005 and the Board is continuing to use the feedback of the members to guide their planning. The Board anticipates that this will be a long and thoughtful process, with many opportunities for member feedback and input. More information will be included in the owner mailing for the annual meeting due out mid-November.

A group buying program for new patio doors and new window sash (which are the owners responsibility) was carried out in January and early February, 2003, 2004 and 2005. Over 19% of owners have replaced their patio doors, and 11% of owners have replaced their window sash. Order deadline for the 2005-06 program is scheduled for 8 AM, Friday, December 16, 2005. Installation for the 2006 program will begin the end of February into early March, 2006.
Patio Plantings The Association has a program for helping owners with the cost of landscaping their patio areas. This offer is 'good' for a once per unit deal, to determine if your unit is eligible to participate please call the Association office today.

Other Group Purchasing Programs - 2008
The Association is trying to organize additional purchasing options for the owners to help cut costs with the following:
- Garage door openers: sign-up in late February
- New Patio slabs to replace the existing slabs: sign-up in mid-March
- New air conditioners: sign-up in mid-May, 2008
