Maintenance - Christmas Trees & Wreaths
It's that time of year when people start hauling in "live" Christmas trees for their holiday decorating!
Please be aware that the needles make a mess that are easily tracked into other owners' units and are hard on the Building Technician equipment that is used to keep your hallways clean. The Association office has "Christmas Tree" bags available for you to use in transporting your tree!
Please come to the office and get a bag before you haul your tree! Or ~ you could even call Judy and request that we put one on your unit door knob for use (if getting home after hours). We thank you for your consideration! Enjoy your holiday season!

General - IMPORTANT!
Reminder:
Saturday, December 6th, 2008 is the date for the Annual Homeowners Meeting in the Community Room. Registration starts at 9 AM and the meeting (once a quorum is established) starts at 9:30 AM. The meeting always begins with an update from the Police Department Liaison, Anne Buck, and our neighborhood Officer, Officer Lakotas.
The Association members vote on the 2009 Budget and the 3 open seats for the Board of Directors. The meeting will have presentations of projects over the past year, new projects for 2009 and an accounting of the Association's financial position.
We look forward to seeing all the homeowners who are available to attend the meeting! If you can't attend, please be sure to send in a proxy for the Secretary to vote on your behalf or give your signed proxy to a neighboring owner, who can vote per your desires.
Have a great weekend and stay warm!

Car Moving Information
After snow falls of two (2) inches or more, the parking lots need to be plowed. Notice of the plowing dates will be posted in the building and on this web site.
The Association Office also offers a car registration service. If you would like to register your car with the office, please come to the Office. If your car is registered with us, we can help you avoid getting towed!
The Association Office also offers a car moving service. The Office can move your car for you when you are out of town if you sign up for this service and sign the waiver of liability. Please come to the Office if you would like to discuss this.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool at Meadow Creek traditionally opens the end of May, on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. It remains open until Labor Day, the first Monday in September. Pool hours are every day 9:00 A.M. to half-an-hour after sunset.
Pool Policy/Rules
In order to use the pool, you need a key and a pass. You should have received a key when you purchased your unit or when you moved in. If you need a replacement pool key, they are available in the office for $55. New pool passes are issued each year to owners who are current on their dues. Pool passes can be picked up in the Office beginning the first week of May.
