Each unit has an assigned parking space and there is unassigned parking in each of the nine parking lots. There are 200 garages, which are owned by individual owners.

On-Site Association Office. (see contact page) The management staff includes one full-time on-site staff member, the Site Manager and a part time Administrative Assistant.  Four members of the staff live on site.

Omega Management, Inc. (see contact page) is the management company for Meadow Creek Condominiums. It is the job of Omega Management to manage the operations of Meadow Creek under the direction of the Board of Directors of the Association.

What is Meadow Creek?

Meadow Creek is a condominium association. This means that each of the 536 living units that make up Meadow Creek Condominiums is owned by a separate individual. More than 62% of the people who own units here live in their unit, or have a family member living in their unit. The other owners rent their units to others.

Each unit owner at Meadow Creek Condominiums has a percentage vote to elect the members of the Association Board. In accordance with the laws of the state of Minnesota (the Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act, along with the Non-Profit Act) and the governing documents of the Association, the Board establishes policies that, in their judgment, will help Meadow Creek be a great place for everyone to live. The Board normally meets once a month on the first Wednesday of the month, January through November, with the annual meeting on the first Monday of December.  All owners are invited to attend the Board meetings.

If you have questions, please call the Association Office. The Office phone number is 952-935-9565. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is an answering service to take messages and to refer emergency calls outside of business hours.

Package Delivery

The Association Office accepts packages for residents when they are not at home. If the Office is holding a package for you, you will be notified with a note on your door from the company delivering the package. Please bring picture ID with you when you come to pick up your package in the Office. If you would like other individuals to be able to pick up your packages, be sure to complete and sign an Authorization to Accept Delivery of Packages card in the office (Authorization to Accept Delivery of Packages). In addition to accepting packages, the Office offers a variety of other services for the convenience of residents (Schedule of Services).

Respect for Neighbors

More that 1,100 people live at Meadow Creek Condominiums. With so many people living closely together, it is important that we all take the needs of others into consideration. Get to know your neighbors, so that you can talk with each other about how best to live together.

Please be considerate of your neighbors. Loud noise and music that can be heard in others’ homes is not permitted. Remember, you are responsible for the actions of your guests.

The common areas – anything that is not inside a unit – are for everyone to share, with the exception of the patios and the areas surrounding them (view our Patios and Patio Areas Policy). Remind your family members and your guests that the entry areas, sidewalks and parking lots are not the places to gather and talk loudly. Consumption of alcohol in the common areas (both interior and exterior) is prohibited by law and Association policy. Smoking is prohibited in the interior common areas of the buildings. If someone smokes outside a building, the smoker must move far enough away from the building that their smoke does not affect any unit of the building or anyone coming or going from the building.

Please remember that others also use the laundry room machines. When you use the laundry room, please clean up after yourself – both inside the machines and in the laundry room. Remember to promptly remove your clothes from the machines, as others may be waiting to use them. Laundry room hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Washers currently are $1.00 per load (some machines have an “extra wash” cycle for $1.25) and the dryers are 25 cents for a 12-minute cycle. With the dryers, you need to choose the amount of time you want when you start your load. Every time a dryer stops, the last three minutes are in a “cool down” mode with no heat, no matter how long the dryer has run.

Parking

The parking lots have one assigned parking space for each unit. There are unassigned parking spaces available in each of Meadow Creek’s nine parking lots. Each unit is allowed to park one car for every adult that is legally living in their unit (View our Occupancy Limits Policy).  Garages are owned individually. The Association Office keeps a list of residents who are interested in renting or purchasing a garage. If you are interested in being on the waiting list, please contact the Association Office.

The parking lots are only for parking your personal vehicle. In order for there to be enough parking spaces for everyone and to maintain the parking lot surfaces, commercial vehicles, large trucks and recreational vehicles/trailers are not allowed to be parked in the parking lots. The parking spaces are for functioning vehicles that have current license tabs. If your car is in need of repair, please find an appropriate place to make those repairs. Repair of cars in the parking lots is not permitted at Meadow Creek.  View our Parking Policy.

Crime Free Housing

Because the Association Board wants Meadow Creek to be a great safe and comfortable place for everyone to live, we participate in the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program. Illegal activity, including drug/gang activity, will not be tolerated. All renters are required to sign a Crime Free Lease Addendum when they rent at Meadow Creek.  View our Crime Free Multi Housing Policy

Fair Housing

Meadow Creek Condominiums, the Board of Directors and Omega Management, Inc. do business in compliance with the Federal and State Fair Housing laws. All contractors and vendors working on site are expected to practice the principles of Fair Housing. All members and residents of Meadow Creek are also expected to practice the principles of Fair Housing.
