Fill out a maintenance request here if the Association is responsible for the cost of the repair. These emails are viewed at 8 AM Monday-Friday. However, if you have an emergency, please call the Association Office at 952-935-9565 for further assistance.

Though the Association is not responsible for repairs or maintenance of items within your unit, we would be happy to discuss any questions you might have. With 536 units, many of your questions have come up before and we love sharing the insights gained through years of management experience!

Emergency Maintenance
The Association Office phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies.
When to Call the Association Office (952.935.9565)
Please call the association office about the following Emergency Maintenance items:
- your floor is wet, water is running across your floor or water is dripping from the ceiling/walls/elsewhere
- you have no heat (in the winter)
- you have no water
- you have no hot water
- you have no electricity and the breaker switches in your unit check out OK
- any Community Room problems
- any noise complaints
- any suspicion of drug use
- you cannot access your garage
- no lights in common areas
- ice on the sidewalks
If you ever suspect a fire or are concerned about your safety or the safety of others, call 911 immediately!
Patio Door & Window Program
Coming Spring 2010 – Management is pursuing possible Federal Tax Credits and State funding options.
Patio Plantings
The Association has a program for helping owners with the cost of landscaping their patio areas. This offer is ‘good’ for a once per unit deal, to determine if your unit is eligible to participate please call the Association office today.

Other Group Purchasing Programs – 2010
The Association is trying to organize additional purchasing options for the owners to help cut costs with the following:
- Garage door openers: sign-up in late February
- New Patio slabs to replace the existing slabs: sign-up in mid-March
- New air conditioners: sign-up by June 12th. (View Notice from 2009)
In addition, we are also looking into offering:
- Wall thermostats: call if interested
- Air conditioner wall sleeves: call if interested
- Patio door replacement & Window sash replacement
- Insulation of first-floor unit ceilings
- Replacement of unit front doors
