Driving Directions to Meadow Creek

From the North:

  • From southbound highway 169, take the Excelsior Boulevard exit.
  • Turn right (west) onto Excelsior Blvd and proceed to 11th Avenue South (a stop light).
  • Turn left (south) onto 11th Avenue and proceed to Westbrooke Way.
  • Turn left (east) onto Westbrooke Way and proceed to Old Settlers Trail. By this time you will see the signs for Meadow Creek and the Association Office.
  • Turn right (west) onto Old Settlers Trail.
  • Drive to the end of Old Settlers Trail (It ends in the parking lot.)
  • The Office is in the northwest corner of the parking lot with the green awning. Walk down the stairs and enter Suite 101.

From the South:

  • From northbound Highway 169, take the Bren Road/Londonderry Road exit.
  • Turn left (west) onto Bren Road and proceed to the stop light at the intersection with Smetana Drive.
  • Turn right (north) onto Smetana Drive. Proceed north.
  • As you drive north, the street will become Opportunity Drive. Continue on and follow the street as it curves around to the left (west.)
  • After the curve, on the right you will see a Meadow Creek sign and Westbrooke Way.
  • Turn right (north) on Westbrooke Way and proceed to Old Settlers Trail. You will see a sign for the Meadow Creek Office in the northwest quadrant of this corner.
  • Turn left (west) onto Old Settlers Trail.
  • Drive to the end of Old Settlers Trail (It ends in the parking lot.)
  • The Office is in the northwest corner of the parking lot with the green awning. Walk down the stairs and enter Suite 101.
