Rental Information
Some of Meadow Creek’s units are owned by investors who rent out their units. Meadow Creek itself does not own any rental units, and Meadow Creek does not rent out units for its investor owners. This page is maintained as a service to Meadow Creek’s investor owners.

A Unit Owner who uses the Service agrees that they will not engage in any conduct or posting that violates the Fair Housing Act or the Minnesota Human Rights Act by stating, in any notice or ad for the sale or rental of any dwelling, a discriminatory preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, handicap, or affectional preference (or violates any state or local law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of these or other characteristics).
Under no circumstances shall Meadow Creek Condominiums be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (even if Meadow Creek Condominiums has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from any aspect of a User’s use of the Meadow Creek Condominiums site or the Service, whether the damages arise from use or misuse of the Meadow Creek Condominiums site or the Service. Such limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of any rental property advertised in connection with the Meadow Creek Condominiums site, as well as by reason of any information received through or advertised in connection with the Meadow Creek Condominiums site or the Service. These limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Information about Unit Types
Standard one-bedroom unit: about 704 square feet
Jumbo one-bedroom unit: about 768 square feet
Standard two-bedroom unit: about 918 square feet
Jumbo two-bedroom unit: about 1,008 square feet. These units also have a half bath in addition to the full bath which all units have.
Some units have “alcoves”. Alcoves are a space off of the dining area of a unit. Alcoves vary in size from 35 square feet to 49 square feet.
Some units have fireplaces. The fireplaces have brick hearths and brick faces.
If a unit comes with a garage, the garage is located in one of the banks of garages in the parking lots of Meadow Creek. The garages are about 10 to 11 feet wide, and 21 to 22 feet deep.
