Comparisons to Neighborhood Condominium Associations
There are three other condominium associations in the neighborhood of Meadow Creek:
- Valley Park Condominiums (aka Westbrooke-West Condominium Association)
- Westbrooke Park Condominium Association
- Westbrook North Condominium Association
Comparisons should not be made between Meadow Creek and these other three associations. These other three associations and the units within them are not comparable to Meadow Creek. The following are some of the reasons for this:
Click the image to view a map of these other three associations.
- Meadow Creek has an on-site Association Office, which is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The other associations do not have on-site offices.
- Meadow Creek has concierge services for residents (Schedule of Services). The other associations do not have any of these services.
- Meadow Creek has a large on-site management presence: the Site Manager and the part-time Administrative Assistant. The Property Manager from Omega Management, Inc. is usually at Meadow Creek more than half-time. The other associations do not have any on-site management presence on a scheduled basis.
- Meadow Creek has a large 24-7 staff presence on site. Four of the Meadow Creek staff live on site. None of the other associations have a similar staff presence.
- Meadow Creek has a quick 24-7 response to emergencies issues, whether maintenance or management. None of the other associations have the same.
- Meadow Creek, because of its large staff presence on site, is able to quickly address and resolve resident problems in most situations.
- Meadow Creek, again because of its large staff presence on site, is generally much more user-friendly for residents.
- The Meadow Creek Board of Directors normally holds monthly meetings, which are advertised to residents and held on site.
